U11, U13, U15, and U17 teams compete in the Metro Minor Lacrosse League (MMLL). MMLL sets the game schedule which will begin the first week of May and run until July 13 with playoffs. This schedule will be posted a couple of weeks prior to the season. Each team plays a 14 game schedule plus play-offs. In divisions with ‘A’ and ‘B’ level teams, there will be tryouts for players interested in making the ‘A’ team. If you prefer not to try out or if you're not selected for the 'A' team, you'll be placed on the ‘B’ team. Practices begin mid April. Practices and home games will be held at Spryfield Lions Rink. Away games will be in facilities lacrosse HRM. |

Jr A | 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007,2008 | The East Coast Junior League (ECJLL) showcases the best Junior age athletes in the sport in Atlantic Canada. The ECJLL now has two divisions, Male and Female. The ECJLL hosts a combine in January followed by a player draft in February. The male division plays a 15 game schedule while the female division will play a 12 game schedule.
