U11, U13, U15, and U17 teams compete in the Metro Minor Lacrosse League (MMLL). MMLL sets the game schedule which will begin the first week of May and run until mid July with playoffs. This schedule will be posted after registration closes in April and all association teams. Each team plays a 14 game schedule plus play-offs. Practices begin mid April. The MMLL season runs from May 1st till mid-July. Practices will be held at Spryfield Lions Rink. Home games will be at Spryfield Lions Rink and away games will be across facilities in HRM | |||

Junior | 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 | The East Coast Junior League (ECJLL) showcases the best Junior age athletes in the sport in Atlantic Canada. The ECJLL now has two divisions, Male and Female. The ECJLL hosts a combine in January followed by a player draft in February. The male division plays a 15 game schedule while the female division will play a 12 game schedule.
